Terms of Entry

1. Ensure all children 14 and under are accompanied and supervised by an adult

2. Respect other guests while playing at the pool

3. Do not smoke, drink or swear

4. Place your litter in our bins

5. Do not bring glass objects into the Centre

6. Always walk

7. Listen to the Lifeguards

8. Ensure aqua-nappies are worn by small children

9. Individuals or groups conducting commercial activities at the centre must obtain written consent from the Centre Manager in the absence of a prior booking.

 

This consent is subject to the approval of the Centre Manager on a case-by-case basis.

 

Approval may involve but is not confined to:

• The requirement to reserve a lane.

• Attend the centre at an alternate time.

• Provide a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVPCard) and or National Police Check

• Complete a conflict-of-interest form.

 

Commercial activities encompass but are not restricted to:

• Coaching

• Volunteering

• Conducting classes

• Providing physiotherapy services
