Beginner Program…
Tadpole | Octopus | Goldfish
The beginner program aims to develop confidence and independence in shallow and deep water as well as introducing the foundations of Freestyle and Backstroke.
Intermediate Program...
Sardine | Flying Fish | Salmon
The intermediate program builds upon the solid technical foundations of Freestyle (including side breathing), Backstroke and Survival Backstroke focusing on stroke development and execution. This program offers an introduction to Breaststroke, with focus on correct kick action.
Advanced Program
Tuna...
The advanced program continues to focus on stroke development and technique across all competitive strokes and survival strokes whilst preparing students to continue their enjoyment and journey beyond learn-to-swim.
At the completion of the ‘Tuna’ advanced program, students can progress onto Mini Squad. Mini Squad is the pathway from Learn-to-Swim and Squad Programs where student will get to work with senior coaches that tailored your child’s swimming goals, whether that be fitness, water polo, surf or competitive swimming.
Adult Learn to Swim
Our adult learn-to-swim sessions run Tuesdays & Thursdays between 6pm to 6.30pm.

Introduction to Swimming – Ideal for those new to swimming

Beginner Level – Swimmers who can already confidently swim 10-15m continuous
- Intermediate Level – Swimmers looking to improve stroke technique and efficiency to swim up to 50m continuous.

Additional Needs Lessons...
We offer one on one Learn to Swim lessons for those who have additional needs (including NDIS funded lessons) that run throughout the calendar year (inclusive of school holidays) across Monday to Friday 5.30pm-6.30pm. Lessons are $31 per lesson (paid by fortnightly direct debit).
