Our aqua fitness programs offer a diverse range of options for individuals seeking an effective and enjoyable workout in the water. Whether you prefer a low-impact approach or a more intense session, we have you covered.  Join us to elevate your heart rate, improve strength, and have fun in a supportive and social environment.

SHALLOW WATER AQUA FIT (AQUA AEROBICS) 45min
A low impact, total body workout performed in the shallow end of the pool designed to increase your heart rate and get your body moving. For those who are not comfortable with swimming, this is the ideal class to benefit your cardio and strength training, which is made easier on your body from the buoyancy of the water.

DEEP WATER AQUA FIT (AQUA AEROBICS) 45min
Our Deep water Aqua aerobics classes offer participants a non-impact, high resistant, total body workout using the resistance of the water to increase the intensity of the movements.  Aqua Aerobics in deep water allows for you to be suspended in water allowing less stress on the back, hips, knees and ankles.

ZUMBA FUSION 45min
Zumba Fusion is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and easy choreographed steps that requires no dancing background at all. The class is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels a great choice if you are just getting started with Aqua, or want to add a fun class in your weekly routine.
