• Minimum Term: The minimum period for a membership is 3 months. Direct Debit payments will continue beyond the minimum term until a cancellation is received in writing via a cancellation form on the website or email.

• 7 day cooling off period: If you are not completely satisfied with the programs or services you are able to cancel your membership within the first 7 days. All monies will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

• Rejection Fees: If your direct debit payment rejects, we will charge a $15.00 fee on top of the amount owing. This fee contributes towards the fees received by the bank for each rejection & the administration costs of following up on the amount owing. The rejected amount will be added onto the next direct debit run if not paid. If we do not receive the funds within one month your membership will be cancelled

• Refunds: Refunds of term memberships will only be approved under the following circumstances: Medical Certificate, relocation, or other major extenuating circumstances. Request for refund must be made in writing.

• Cancellations: Direct debit memberships can be cancelled any time after the completion of the minimum term of 3 months. A cancellation must be in writing, by completing a ‘Membership Amendment’ form on the website or by emailing (and receiving a response confirming the action has been completed). A minimum of three days prior to the next scheduled direct debit payment.

• Suspensions: Direct Debit Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 12 weeks at any time by completing a ‘Membership Amendment’ via the website, or by emailing the organisation (and receiving a response confirming the action has been completed). Six-month and twelve-month Term Memberships can be suspended for a Minimum of one week and a maximum of four weeks within the time of the contract
